Blossom Cares is a free 4-week career cohort offered to individuals in transitional programs โ€” delivered virtually or on-site in partnership with nonprofits, shelters, and workforce development organizations. Because financial independence changes everything.

For individuals rebuilding after crisis, knowing how to find, apply for, and negotiate a job isn't a nice-to-have โ€” it's the difference between stability and cycling back into survival mode.

Big job boards bury entry-level and remote roles. We teach participants how to find real opportunities โ€” including remote positions that work around childcare and transportation barriers.

Many individuals have valuable experience they don't know how to articulate. We help them translate their full story โ€” including gaps, caregiving, and transferable skills โ€” into a resume that opens doors.

Job seekers who don't negotiate earn significantly less over their lifetimes. We give participants the language, confidence, and data to advocate for what they deserve from day one.

Each session is hands-on, practical, and built around where participants actually are โ€” not where we assume they should be. Delivered virtually or on-site, based on your organization's needs.

This program is specifically designed to help participants find real job opportunities that require little to no prior experience, no college degree, and no professional certifications. We also teach you how to find companies that will sponsor and pay for your certifications โ€” so you can build credentials while you work, at no cost to you.

Participants identify where they want to go, what strengths they already have, and build a realistic 90-day plan to get there โ€” even when starting from scratch.

Where to look beyond Indeed, how to find remote-first roles that fit real life, how to apply strategically โ€” and how to follow up without burning bridges. Eligibility & what to expect

We keep the process simple. If your organization serves individuals who need career support, reach out and we'll find a way to make it work.
