1. Overview & Acceptance
This website and platform (the "Service") are operated by Blossom Careers LLC ("Blossom Careers," "we," "us," or "our"). Throughout these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "you" refers to any user of the Service, including visitors, job seekers, subscribers, and contributors of content.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate, we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Service, including intellectual property laws.
3. The Service
Blossom Careers is a software platform for non-clinical healthcare professionals, offering a job board, resume tools, a salary simulator, an AI-assisted resume bullet generator, a job tracker, an employer talent directory, a browser extension, and related career resources. Blossom Careers is not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employment placement service, and we do not guarantee employment outcomes of any kind.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part of it.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access to the Service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
4. Accounts & Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase, and to promptly update that information — including your email address and payment details — so that we can maintain your account and communicate with you as needed.
Information made available through the Service is provided for general informational purposes. We do not warrant that such information is accurate, complete, or current, and any reliance on it is at your own risk. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Blossom Careers offers subscription plans that renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until cancelled. In accordance with the FTC's Negative Option Rule and applicable state automatic-renewal laws:
- Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal schedules are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings under "Subscription," or by contacting info@blossom-careers.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle; you retain access through that date, after which your subscription will not renew.
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any pricing or plan changes, effective at your next billing cycle.
- If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund you on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we are unable to process your payment or if you violate these Terms.
6. Refund Policy
A. Blossom Subscriptions
Canceling a Blossom subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle, as described in Section 5.
- Renewal refund window: Requests relating to a monthly or quarterly subscription rebill must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the rebill date.
- Requests outside the window: Refund requests submitted more than 3 calendar days after the applicable rebill date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.
- How to request review: Email info@blossom-careers.com and include the email address associated with your Blossom account and the reason for your request.
- Approval is not automatic: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed based on the eligibility requirements above and the circumstances of the billing issue.
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for managing your subscription, confirming cancellation, and canceling before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew.
B. Resume & Career Services — Strict No-Refund Policy
All purchases of personalized resume and career services are final sale and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, resume audits, resume revamps or rewrites, career strategy sessions, coaching or consultation sessions, and other personalized career services.
Because these services reserve team capacity and involve individualized review, preparation, strategy, or deliverables, no refunds will be issued after purchase, including if you change your mind, decide not to use the service, do not submit requested intake materials, cancel or fail to attend a scheduled session, or are dissatisfied with a career, interview, salary, or employment outcome. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Rescheduling or other service accommodations, when offered, are separate from refund eligibility and do not create a right to a refund.
C. Digital Products & Downloads
Digital templates, downloadable resources, and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been delivered, except where required by law.
D. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact info@blossom-careers.com so we can review the billing issue. If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer for a charge you authorized rather than contacting us first to resolve a billing issue, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in chargeback databases and to charge a $250 processing fee, in addition to pursuing the amount owed.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any regulation, rule, or law; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload viruses or malicious code; (g) to collect or track the personal information of others; (h) to spam, phish, or scrape the Service; or (i) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. We may terminate your access for violating any of these prohibitions.
8. User Submissions & License
If you submit comments, feedback, reviews, testimonials, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service, including attributing it to you by name or screen name. We have no obligation to keep submissions confidential or to compensate you for them.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit, and you agree it will not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.
9. Job Board, Employer & Third-Party Disclaimer
Blossom Careers does not endorse or recommend any employer, and the presence of a job listing on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. We make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, wages, safety, working conditions, or pre-employment screening practices of any listed employer.
You cannot submit applications or resumes to Blossom Careers for any listed position — all applications must be submitted directly to the employer through its own channels. It is your sole responsibility to perform due diligence on any employer before applying for or accepting a position. Job listings may be removed or become inactive at any time without notice to us; if a listing is no longer available, please continue your search.
Certain content, tools, or links available through the Service may come from third parties not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for, and have no liability arising from, third-party websites, tools, or materials linked from or integrated with the Service. Use of any third-party tool or link is at your own risk.
10. Earnings, Results & Testimonials Disclaimer
Any earnings figures, salary increases, job offer timelines, or career outcomes referenced anywhere on the Service — including testimonials, case studies, member success stories, statistics, and founder biography content — represent results achieved by specific individuals under their own unique circumstances. These results are not typical and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.
Individual results vary significantly based on years of experience, education, credentials, geographic location, industry conditions, employer demand, personal effort, and economic conditions, among other factors. Most users will not achieve the specific outcomes described in any testimonial on the Service.
References to cumulative salary gains, specific dollar increases, or timeframes to job offers reflect the experiences of select members over multiple years and do not represent average, typical, or expected results for new or current users.
Testimonials are from real users or clients and reflect their personal experience. Unless otherwise disclosed, individuals providing testimonials have not been compensated for their statements.
In accordance with the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) and FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255), Blossom Careers maintains substantiation for earnings-related claims made on the Service. Substantiation is available upon written request to info@blossom-careers.com.
11. Affiliation Disclaimer
Blossom Careers (operated by Blossom Careers LLC) is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), the National Association of Healthcare Revenue Integrity (NAHRI), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Epic Systems Corporation, HIMSS, or any other organization referenced on the Service. All trademarks and organization names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
12. Copyright & Fair Use
Copyright Disclaimer under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976: allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Job leads shared on the Service are for informational and educational purposes only, intended to assist job seekers in finding relevant opportunities. Original job postings belong to their respective companies; no copyright infringement is intended, and no endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the companies mentioned is implied. For the most accurate and current job information, refer to the original company's website.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
The information on the Service does not constitute legal, financial, career, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional before making significant career, financial, or legal decisions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Blossom Careers LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost employment opportunities, or loss of data — arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you, and in such jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blossom Careers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and your right to participate in a class action.
Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Blossom Careers LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class Action Waiver
You and Blossom Careers LLC agree that any arbitration or other proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Blossom Careers LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
If this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Dispute Resolution section will be null and void, and neither party will be deemed to have agreed to arbitrate disputes.
Right to Opt Out
You may opt out of this Dispute Resolution section by sending written notice to info@blossom-careers.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of this section does not affect your agreement to any other part of these Terms.
Process
A party intending to seek arbitration must first send the other party a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may commence arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or another mutually agreed location, or may be conducted remotely or by written submission where permitted by the arbitration provider's rules.
17. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 16 (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration) above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
18. SMS Communications
By entering your phone number, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Blossom Careers at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
19. Severability, Termination & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. (See also Section 16 for the specific severability rule governing the Class Action Waiver.)
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10 through 17 — will survive.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blossom Careers LLC regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our practices, our Service, or applicable law. The most current version will always be available on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
