BLSSOM began with a simple question: what if job platforms prioritized the seeker's time? We built a system that targets roles precisely, writes stronger resumes, and leverages community to unlock referrals.

  1. 2020 — The Spark

    It all started with frustration. Job seekers were spending endless hours searching, only to find mismatched roles that didn't align with their experience or goals. We set out to change that.

  2. 2021 — The Movement Begins

    We went live — sharing real-time job search strategies and personalized resume tips across Facebook and Instagram. A growing community began to form, united by the pursuit of smarter job searches.

  3. 2022–2024 — Growth & Learning

    We launched both live and self-paced masterclasses, helping thousands of professionals take control of their career journeys. Every class, every story, shaped what came next.

  4. Early 2025 — Innovation in Motion

    Generic job boards weren't cutting it. So, we built our first targeting prototype — a system designed to match seekers with roles that truly fit.

Meet Valerie — the visionary behind Blossom Careers.

Valerie is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and the creator of Blossom Careers, The H.I.M. Blueprint for Success®, The RACA Resume Method, and the ICAD-PAL Framework.

With over 19 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM), Valerie has built her career as a trusted Healthcare Revenue Integrity Specialist. Her expertise spans billing, coding, compliance, and reimbursement — giving her a rare, 360° understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has worked with prestigious healthcare organizations, government entities, and leadership teams, helping them navigate the complex intersection of health data and revenue accuracy.

Over time, Valerie discovered her passion for helping other healthcare professionals strategically elevate their careers. As an HIM Career Strategist, she has guided hundreds of professionals in securing job offers, promotions, and salary increases — collectively achieving over $2.5 million in total salary growth.

Her innovative methods have been recognized twice by Business Insider for their impact on healthcare career advancement. Through personalized coaching, webinars, masterclasses, and signature frameworks, Valerie transformed the career growth process into a proven system for success.

Now, with Blossom Careers, she's scaling that mission. What once required endless one-on-one sessions has evolved into a powerful software platform (SaaS) — designed to help thousands of healthcare professionals find jobs faster, get hired smarter, and grow stronger careers.
