Blossom Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
If youâre not satisfied with your purchase or believe you were billed in error, request a refund by emailing info@blossom-careers.com and include:
- The reason for your request
- The email associated with your Blossom account
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refunds are granted based on the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of your subscriptionâs monthly or quarterly rebill date. Outside of this 3-day window, the purchase is ineligible for a refund.
- Monthly Plan: request within 3 calendar days of the rebill date.
- Quarterly Plan: request within 3 calendar days of the rebill date.
Subscription Cancellations
When you cancel your Blossom subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling stops future charges, but previous payments arenât refunded automaticallyâsubmit a refund request if eligible.
Customer Responsibility
Blossom isnât responsible for continued charges if a member fails to cancel before the next billing date. Customers are responsible for managing their plan, confirming cancellation, and requesting a refund (if eligible) within the permitted window.
